Our services combine massive impact with Deliberate Mastery on a very small footprint. They use Prodsol TEASE to target, enhance, accelerate, streamline and energise existing processes, practices, projects and capability. TEASE is a small-footprint / high-impact diagnostic and intervention framework that enables us to work out, very quickly, where and how to intervene for maximum impact and maximum capability development.
Adopting the role of providing support is a deliberate and crucial element of maximising impact and enhancing individual and collective mastery. The secret is to not bring/coerce people to buy into an agenda that they are naturally opposed to, but to support, equip and catalyse them in their natural quest for greater impact and mastery.
